Jerelyn won the ACTRA award for Best Television Variety Writer (Canada’s SAG equivalent) and has been honored by the NCRA for Outstanding Programming for her comedy radio show: Fireside Stories from Lake WhaddyathinkImean on 100.9 Canoe FM, now a spin-off column in Sun Media’s Haliburton Echo (3 years running). She also coordinated and copy-edited text for the Summer Guide and Winter Guide products, and writes feature stories for the Haliburton Echo and Minden Times. Television credits include sitcom, family adventure, and the animation series: “Thundercats” and “Silverhawks.” She has also voiced numerous characters on animation series including “Inspector Gadget,” “COPS,” and “Strawberry Shortcake,” as well as 100s of commercials and jingles.
